Paskibra SMA 6 Jakarta,
Carisma Six, brought 11 trophies including the grand champion trophy after won
a Paskibra competition that consists of drill commands, variation, and
formation in GFP’8.
Paskibra of Twenty-Six,
Phoenix (SMA 26 Jakarta’s Paskibra Organization), held a Paskibra competition
named Grand Frix Phoenix, shortened to GFP. In 2018, this event was held for
the eighth times. Besides that, the competition’s theme was “80’s Vibes”, which
means every participant will performing their best performances with 80’s feel.
Not only drill
commands, variation and formation movements using fun and cool music is also an
interesting thing in this competition--don't forget all kinds of properties.
One of GFP’8
participants, SMA 6 Jakarta, with their Paskibra organization named Carisma Six.
Participating in this competition was an extraordinary thing for them. It was
because the audiences and other Paskibra activists always eagerly waiting for
their performances.
Carisma Six
sent two troops, Team A and Team B, as representative participants from SMA 6
Jakarta. They consisted of 10th grade and 11th grade members. Each team had its own best performances in terms of variation and
formation movements.
When the time
to perform has come, Team B and Team A did the same drill commands. However,
each team had its characteristics.
At the time of
variation and formation movements, each team also performed with energetic,
rousing, and the audiences amazed by looking at them. Their supporters cheered from
upstairs to downstairs of the school building.
Carisma Six
succeeded to open with a very good performance from Team B and closed with
great fanfare from Team A. They also mentioned their last yell,
“Ca-ris-ma-Six!”, loud and proud.
At the winners’
announcement, Carisma Six enveloped with compassion, gratitude, and happiness.
They managed to bring 11 trophies.
Team A got
grand champion, best costume, best music, first best commander, first best
drill commands, and first best variation and formation. While Team B got second
best commander, second best drill commands, and second-best variation and
formation. Carisma Six also got favorite school and best supporter achievements.
It was all
thanks to one and a half months of practice with passion, hard work, and
teamwork they built together. “Never chasing for the winner trophy” was the key for
each Carisma Six performances. (EA)
